THE ROLE

Biglight has brought together an amazing team of creative experts in Customer Experience strategy, design and delivery. As part of this team, you will advise clients on performance improvement experimentation and/or digital transformation projects, helping them solve complex customer experience challenges. You will add value and support our clients across the full spectrum of consulting, from strategy through delivery, while reporting into the Lead Customer Experience Consultant.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • 5+ years of relevant consulting work experience.
  • Ecommerce/Digital consulting experience working with consumer brands or retailers.
  • Experience working on projects that cross into multiple disciplines and industries.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to quickly recognise different personal communication styles, and leverage those styles to build consensus and collaborate effectively.
  • The ability to establish credibility with clients and peers.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to draw on them in difficult, ambiguous, and fast-moving situations.
  • A structured approach when deciphering complex problems and synthesising results.
  • Strong presentation development and storytelling skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
