Customer Experience Consultant

Biglight has brought together an amazing team of creative experts in Customer Experience strategy, design and delivery. As part of this team, you will advise clients on performance improvement experimentation and/or digital transformation projects, helping them solve complex customer experience challenges. You will add value and support our clients across the full spectrum of consulting, from strategy through delivery, while reporting into the Lead Customer Experience Consultant.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop partnership relationships with our clients, establishing immediate credibility and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Develop and contribute to proposals and pitch to new and existing clients, working to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Creatively collaborate with Project Managers, drawing from cross-functional team skills (from Data Analysts, to UX Specialists and Experience Designers), to grow client relationships with some of the most exciting brands in the UK and Europe.
Biglight service areas are as follows:
- Experience: customer experience strategy, concept UX, research, business intelligence and insight, UI.
- Experiment: conversion rate optimisation, omni-channel optimisation.
- Creative services: concept design, production design production content development and copywriting, photography, art direction, front-end development.
