As the Head of New Business, you will report in to the Agency Founders, and will be prepared to travel for new business pitches from time to time, within the UK. You’ll have at least 5+ years consultancy or digital agency experience and great client relationship skills. You have good knowledge of CRM software and experience of managing multiple sales campaigns at any one time.

New Business

Leading and managing the end-to-end pitch process often multiple at once – with confidence, from creds, RFIs, through to chemistry and the final pitch. And everything else in between.

Business Development

We’re constantly looking at ways to develop our client relationships. And sometimes we just want to make sure they know we’re thinking about them. We’d be looking for you to develop a plan and work through all that’s going on to keep our account leads full to the brim with relevant things to go to their clients with.

This is the chance for someone to come in and shape something, working with the Funders to make us unbeatable in the pitch room and with a reputation to match. For this we need a senior champion and internal driver to continue and develop all the positive momentum we have. The right candidate will need to possess bags of energy and drive and demonstrate a passion for developing the agency, new business and our external profile. And as always within these roles have thick skin and a constant positive outlook. Outstanding organisational skills are an absolute essential – as are forward planning and attention to detail.
